Agriteam is pleased to announce the award of a contract to provide Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) services for the global Counter Terrorism Programme Fund (CTPF) of the UK government’s Joint International Counter Terrorism Unit (JICTU).

Funded by the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s (FCO) International Programme, the CTPF is a £38.3M fund delivering over 60 projects in over 20 countries. The Fund supports programming in four categories: i) reducing enabling environments and weakening political, ideological and economic drivers of radicalisation, violent extremism and terrorism; ii) building the capacity of international partners to conduct proper investigation, prosecution and detention of terrorists/extremists; iii) building the capacity of partners to strengthen protective security and respond to terrorist incidents; and iv) supporting research and evaluation directed at understanding and tackling terrorism and violent extremism.

Agriteam will be working in partnership with UK-based firms Agulhas Applied Knowledge and Aktek Ltd. to implement this 18-month project focused on strengthening the results management systems, tools and processes, improving the capacity of CTPF project staff, and facilitate lessons learning and knowledge sharing to support CTPF programming.
