Robin D’Arcy, Private Sector Development / Performance Measurement Specialist
Robin has 12 years of experience in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East, providing specialized technical and social development expertise to Agriteam projects. His work on numerous projects in North and South East Asia includes seven years on the Tibet Basic Human Needs Project. His expertise in private sector development spans regional economic development planning, value chain development, micro-finance and SME development and training. Robin also works extensively in performance measurement, both on Agriteam’s own projects and for external clients. His expertise in this area includes design of monitoring and evaluation systems, survey design and implementation, and training for organizations in RBM and performance measurement. Robin has lived overseas on assignment in Tibet and Malawi, and has an MSc in Agricultural Economics and an MA in Political Science (International Development).
