David Gray, Governance and Public Sector Reform Specialist
Mr. Gray has served as a Project Director and Manager for international projects in the fields of organizational development, capacity building, training, human resource management performance management and organizational assessment in sectors such as public sector reform, e-government, transportation, environment and energy. Within these projects, he has designed and delivered numerous workshops and training programs which have included topics such as results-based management, strategic planning, organizational self-assessment, project management, gender equity, evaluation, leadership and team building. He has managed several multimillion dollar projects for CIDA and the IDB. He has also contracted and managed hundreds of trainers and consultants for international projects in his capacity as project director and training director. David has recently joined Agriteam and is currently the Project Director for the Electronic Governance for Efficiency and Effectiveness (E3) in the Philippines.
